2. Service Description

LinJet provides private aircraft management, operations, CAMO services, maintenance management, and charter flight services. All our services are conducted in accordance with Turkish Republic legislation and international aviation standards.

3. Reservations and Payment

For flight reservations and service requests:

• All reservations are confirmed with written approval
• Prices may vary depending on availability
• Payment terms are determined separately for each reservation
• Cancellation and modification terms are communicated during booking
• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

The following terms apply to flight cancellations and modifications:

• 10% fee for cancellations up to 72 hours before flight
• 25% fee for cancellations 48-72 hours before flight
• 50% fee for cancellations 24-48 hours before flight
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before flight
• Full refund for cancellations due to weather or technical reasons

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
• Completing necessary health checks before flight
• Not carrying prohibited items
• Complying with flight rules and crew instructions
• Providing accurate and complete information

6. Limitation of Liability

LinJet exercises reasonable care and diligence. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather conditions, technical failures, authority restrictions, or force majeure. Liabilities are limited by international aviation conventions (Warsaw, Montreal).

7. Insurance

All our flights are covered by adequate aviation liability insurance. Additional travel insurance is the responsibility of customers and is recommended.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, text, images, and other materials on this website are the property of LinJet and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy

10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Turkish Republic laws apply.
